The breastfeeding journey can be beautiful, but it can also feel isolating, overwhelming, and full of doubt—especially when things don’t go as expected. I’ve seen so many mothers start to doubt themselves, question their instincts, or feel like they’re failing—when what they really needed was support: someone to reassure them, to listen without judgment, and to walk beside them through the challenges. I don’t just offer lactation support—I create space for families to feel capable, informed, and empowered to care for their little ones with strength and clarity. That kind of support doesn’t just help with breastfeeding—it changes the entire parenting experience.
As a registered nurse with a background in the NICU and as a lactation consultant experienced in both in-patient and out-patient care, I’ve supported families through some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of early parenthood. My nursing experience gives me the ability to recognize when something isn’t quite right—whether with feeding, latch, or a baby’s overall well-being—and to respond with expertise and compassion while still supporting the breastfeeding journey.
My deepest passion as a lactation consultant is to guide and empower mothers on their breastfeeding journey, helping them provide as much breastmilk as possible for their babies. I truly believe breastmilk offers unmatched benefits that can shape a child’s health and well-being in profound ways. While I support all feeding plans and honor every mother’s individual choices, my goal is to encourage, educate, and inspire mothers to increase the amount of breastmilk they can offer—whether that’s a little more or exclusively. I’m here to provide compassionate support, evidence-based guidance, and heartfelt encouragement so each mother feels confident and strong in meeting her goals. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges, celebrate the wins, and ensure both mother and baby thrive throughout this beautiful, sometimes difficult, journey.
As I build and lead this team, I expect every member to share these core beliefs and values. I hold myself—and those I work alongside—to a high standard of compassionate care, individualized support, and empowering guidance. My vision is to cultivate a team that not only supports and respects each family’s unique path but also pushes and uplifts mothers to reach their highest breastfeeding goals with confidence and joy. We walk this journey together, as partners with families, dedicated to nurturing their strength and honoring their stories every step of the way.
