Certified adult, child, & infant CPR and First Aid training is a life-saving investment for families. The Red Cross reports that more than 70% of these arrests happen at home, meaning the trained rescues is often a loved one. Immediate, high-quality CPR can triple a person's chance of survival, and every minute of delay reduces survival odds by about 10% (American Red Cross). According to AHA-led research, bystander CPR started within 2 minutes of cardiac arrest increases survival by 81%, and even when started up to 10 minutes later, survival and neurological outcomes remain significantly better (American Heart Association). 

Children and infants are particularly vulnerable - over 7,000 children suffer out-of-hospital cardiac arrest each year, and unintentional choking is a leading cause of injury-related death in children under one year (American Heart Association).

With my background as a former NICU nurse, I bring hands-on experience caring for medically fragile newborns. This background gives me unique insight into infant physiology, choking risks, and high-stress emergencies.
